Campbell Hill is the highest point in the state of Ohio. It is located in Bellefontaine on the grounds of the Hi-Point Career Center. You can drive to the top of the hill, where there is a commemorative sign, benches, a flagpole, and some other markers. There is also a register, and I had been the first person to sign it in a few days. I think this is probably the most manicured high point in the country, along with Ebright Azimith in Delaware.
